I guess this CTRMS is the math version of CREATE. I'm not sure if this is a net positive, negative or neutral development considering its funding is coming out of the DG envelope. Any opinions? I would lean toward slightly negative on first impressions.

What syntax is available in the Comment field? Can I type [links](http://www.math.toronto.edu) using Markdown notation?

Do I have MathJax?
$\int f'(s) ds = f + C$.
